Questions on price
Is the trial really no card required?
Yes. Both Starter and Pro trials start with no card. You add a payment method only on day 15 if you want to continue. There is no automatic charge while you are inside the 14-day window.
What happens if I go over 100 leads on Starter?
We contact you to discuss upgrading to Pro. Your configurator is never cut off mid-month. All leads that arrive over your limit are still captured and delivered to your inbox. You will not lose a lead because of a quota.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro during the trial?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any point during or after the trial from your billing settings. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you get access to custom domain, script embed, and AI triage straight away.
Does the Custom Setup fee replace the monthly subscription?
No. The one-time Custom Setup fee (EUR 3,000 to EUR 8,000 depending on range complexity) covers the 3D modelling of your actual unit range in Three.js plus the 1-week setup. The Pro subscription at EUR 399/mo runs separately and covers ongoing platform access, leads, and support.
Is Silo Bespoke the same thing as ModularStack?
Silo Bespoke is the custom-build layer by Silo Studio. ModularStack is the self-serve product you are looking at now. Bespoke is what you choose when you want a full brand site and configurator built from scratch, with source code handed over to you, rather than running on the shared ModularStack platform.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from /dashboard/billing. No cancellation fee, no minimum term. Your configurator stays live until the end of the current billing period, then pauses. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
